Eligibility Requirements

To participate in this program and receive a device, you must meet all of the following criteria:

You reside in Wyandotte County, Kansas. You will be required to provide proof of residency, such as a recent utility bill, or government issued ID such as a driver's license or state ID with your application.
You meet all other criteria as described in the official Adopt Program Guidelines. Please review the full guidelines to ensure your eligibility before applying.
You agree to provide accurate information and participate in program activities or surveys, as needed.
