You reside within the eligible zip code(s) specified by the program. You will be required to provide proof of residency, such as a recent utility bill, or government issued ID such as a driver's license or state ID with your application.
You meet all other criteria as described in the official Adopt Program Guidelines. Please review the full guidelines to ensure your eligibility before applying.
