Vernon Multipurpose Center, Incorporated (VMPCI) is seeking bids for architectural services and construction project management services for the Vernon School Rehabilitation project.
The project involves developing architectural and engineering construction documents, bid oversight, and construction administration to meet historical preservation and ADA compliance standards. This project is funded by the Unified Government of Wyandotte County, Kansas allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.

Submissions must include original hard copy, two additional hard copies, and one electronic version (PDF/Word on a flash drive). Electronic submissions may be sent to info@vernoncenterkck.org
We are seeking proposals for the replacement and restoration of the North Double Door at the Historic Vernon School building.
This project is part of our ongoing efforts to preserve and rehabilitate this historic structure while maintaining its architectural integrity and meeting modern safety standards.
